The first phase of the Lima Ola Workforce Development is 1 of 4 planned phases for the giant master-planned community. All homes within this development will fall under the affordable housing guidelines. The first phase was completed in January of 2022 and includes 38 single-family homes and 111 multi-family homes. Community plans focus on environmental sustainability and promotion of a healthy lifestyle, with green energy features and infrastructure that encourages time enjoying the outdoors. For example, the community includes walking and biking paths, attractive landscaping, and a community park. Once the final phase is complete, the development is anticipated to host between 530 and 620 affordable housing options.
