As part of the Our Kaka'ako master-planned development, the 400-foot Ālia high-rise will host over 400 new homes for sale. 40 of the homes will be reserved affordable housing units. These condominiums are expected to range from 1 to 3 bedrooms in size, and the community is located in an excellent area close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions (such as the beach and the Kewalo Basin). The Ālia building in itself will be mixed-use, with ground-floor retail space. Expected amenities are on par with many of the other buildings in the area and include BBQ cabanas, a pool and spa, fitness areas, a dog park, and even a movie theater. Rumor has it the complex will also include a bowling alley and a playground for the kids. Ālia has an anticipated completion date in 2026.
