As part of the Ka Lei Momi Redevelopment Project, the State of Hawaii selected Highridge Costa to redevelop the 17.5 acre-site known as Mayor Wright Homes. Currently, it offers 364 units, but the redevelopment plans will rebuild those 364 units and add 2,450 units, totaling 2,814 units.
