Parkway Village at Kapolei started construction in 2023 and is slated to offer 205 affordable rentals including studios, 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units. This is a unique project because it's designated for tenants making 30% to 60% of the area median income as decided by HUD.

As of September 2023, the press release mentions "Rents will start at $597 for a studio at 30% AMI to $2,123 for a four- bedroom unit at 60% AMI."
Parkway Village at Kapolei's amenities will include 3 recreation rooms, 10 laundry facilities, a playground, picnic area, and bicycle storage.
In addition to the amenities, 2 pre-schools will be built. They'll be operated in partnership with Kamehameha Schools and Partners in Development Foundation.
