Aloha Iā Halewilikō (formerly known as Halewiliko Highlands) will offer affordable studio and 1-bedroom apartments to low-income seniors, with options for ADA features (including mobility and communication resources) in some of the units. The 83 studio units will be around 384 square feet, while the 56 1-bedroom units will measure around 586 square feet. Each unit will come with full-sized appliances (including a garbage disposal) and there will be common laundry facilities. Additional amenities will include a private garden and dog park reserved for residents, a technology lounge, a community center space, and a hot drink bar with coffee and tea. Units will be reserved for those earning 30-60% of the AMI.
