To qualify, future residents will need to be at least 55 years of age and earn 30, 50, or 60 percent of the AMI (or less). Hale Makana O Mo'ili'ili will offer on-site parking and laundry facilities. Other notable amenities include a community resource center, a computer lab, and a multi-purpose room that can be used for events or celebrations. Additionally, the rooftop will be accessible for residents to enjoy the weather and views of the surrounding area. The building will also be situated in a pedestrian-friendly part of town.
