The second phase of Hale Uhiwai Nalu includes 50 studio apartments ranging from 300 to 375 square feet. The community has been established with the primary focus of assisting veterans without homes. Social services are available through the community to help with issues such as job acquisition and moving forward from addiction. At Hale Uhiwai Nalu Phase II, all utilities are included in the base rent. Homes are equipped with central air conditioning, and there is an on-site parking lot. The community also includes on-site laundry facilities and a rooftop deck patio. These units are a wonderful option for veterans trying to get back on their feet.
