With a planned completion for the summer of 2023, Halewai'olu Senior Residences will include 130 1-bedroom and 26 2-bedroom units. Average unit sizes will be around 559 square feet for 1-bedroom units and about 793 square feet for 2-bedrooms. This 17-story complex is being built to provide assistance for low-income senior adults who are at least 62 years of age. The high rise will feature a community center and a beautiful rooftop deck providing riverwalk views. Additionally, the top deck will include a dog park, bike storage, a walking path, gym equipment, and laundry facilities. Halewai'olu Senior Residences will be located in a highly walkable area, but parking will also be available on-site.
