Once completed, the Meheula Vista master-planned development will include 300 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom affordable units for low-income seniors. Each phase will consist of 1 residential building. Phase IV (like each of the previous phases) will include 75 units in addition to a multi-purpose building. Community amenities include on-site parking, laundry services, and a residential manager. Residents will also be able to enjoy the beautiful common area and picnic site. In addition, the community hosts social workers who are trained to help residents apply for monetary assistance and other senior services. Amenities provided by the community are meant to help seniors maintain their independence and to provide opportunities for socialization.
