EAH Housing is currently planning a community specifically for senior veterans (and their spouses) ages 62 and older. This community will feature 92 1-bedroom affordable rental units across about 5.6 acres of land. Units will be divided across 4 separate 2-story buildings, which will each include an elevator and a laundry room. Community amenities will feature a fitness center, a dog park, several garden areas, and a multi-purpose room. There will also be a community room with a kitchen and a covered outdoor space that could be used for gatherings. With an anticipated completion date in 2024, this housing community will be conveniently located near a veteran’s center and outpatient clinic.
